Executive Director, LaVonya Goodwin - LaVonya is the Program Administrator for Heartland Hope Mission, the largest food pantry in Nebraska. Previously she worked for WebMD as an Academic Partnership Manager. LaVonya serves as the Director of Outreach for Lord of Hosts Church where she administrates community outreach efforts such as basketball camps, food distribution and neighborhood cleanups. She also served as a certified prison minister.

Assistant Executive Director, Daniel M. Goodwin, Jr.  – Daniel is a Merchant Account Manager for PayPal Inc. He serves as Director of Outreach for Lord of Hosts Church and as a mentor with TeamMates. Daniel worked as a teaching intern and family liaison with OPS, Boys and Girls Club Unit Director, Making It Count presenter, DLP student facilitator, volunteer youth coach and certified prison minister. 

Treasurer, Deb Vath - Deb is an Estate Planning, Probate and Tax paralegal for McGrath North. She previously worked as a legal coordinator for, Mosaic (formerly Bethpage), a nonprofit that helps the developmentally disabled. Deb volunteers for the outreach and children's ministry at her church. She has also volunteered with the Nebraska Humane Society as an advocate for abused animals.

Secretary,  Dara Newson - Dara is a Video Journalist for Omaha Public Schools. She travels to more than 80 schools recording video and telling stories about educational opportunities and fun activities happening all around OPS. The stories are then featured on “The Knowledge Network” Cox Channel 18 or 108. In April 2014, Dara was crowned Miss Nebraska United States at Miss Kansas, Miss Missouri, and Miss Nebraska United States tri­state pageant in Overland Park, Kansas. Dara believes her purpose in life is to inspire those around her, especially young people.
